CONSPIRACY: ECHELON Brain Scanner

While ECHELON is not much of an secret anymore, (although US goverment naturally tried to deny it as an conspiracy talk) it is not clear for the public what it's hidden secondary program does.

ECHELON system was originally designed to monitor digital communications such as phone conversations and e-mail, pick keywords such as "terrorist" or "bomb" and warn authorities if necessary. But like I said, there is an secondary project that is supposed to scan and analyze actual human brainwaves.

While human brainwave technology is extremely primitive today, there has been some frighteningly fast developement on the subject. Developers of ECHELON - in collaboration with most major mobile phone technology - have developed an system that can analyze primitive feelings through hidden phone technology such as fear, happiness, anger and even doubt.

While there is not much use for this kind of technology yet, it is an scary reminder of how the technology could potentially slave us all. In the future, ECHELON could possibly not only monitor our exact thoughts, but also insert and modify them or just change our behaviour completely.
